School Meals

We provide a two-course meal, which is cooked on the premises and served in the school hall. Provision is made for those children who wish to bring a packed lunch. All we ask is that the contents of the packed lunch complies with our healthy school policy.

School meals are £2.20 per day for children in years 3 to 6. Payment is made via ParentPay, the online payment system we use in school. All children in Reception, year 1 and year 2 currently receive a free school lunch through the governments Universal Infant Free School Meal Scheme (UIFSM).

Free School Meals - If you think your child may be eligible for Free School Meals please follow the link below to find out more information. Between April and November 2020, over 3,000 additional families across Derbyshire became eligible for free school meals. Could free school meals help your family?

Every child in Early Years and Key Stage 1 receives a piece of fresh fruit to eat at morning playtime. The fruit is provided free of charge as part of the governments initiative to encourage healthy eating. Children are encouraged to bring water bottles which they can drink from during the day.

If you have any concerns about allergies or the food we provide please contact the school office or kitchen for further information.
