On Wednesday 6th July we are having a Non-Uniform day as part of our Food for Thought Day. The children can come in non-uniform and contribute £1 to help raise much needed funds for our local Foodbank in Clay Cross. They have many overheads and costs. For example they store food in heavy duty stacker boxes that need replacing due to wear and tear. So as well as food we are going to help in their Fundraising efforts.
On the same day Andrew Fellows, from the Clay Cross Trussell Trust, is visiting us and will talk to us about our local foodbank and all the amazing work they do.
Please help local people in crisis by buying items on the list and donating them to St Giles Trussell Trust collection for the Clay Cross Foodbank.
The collection point is in the infant’s playground.
Clay Cross are currently most in need of UHT MILK, LONG LIFE FRUIT JUICE, INSTANT MASH, POWERED MILK and TINNED FRUIT.
