New Term, New Projects, New Pics
This week saw the return to school of some children in Years Reception, 1 and 6. They have all been busy in their return to school and we are really proud of how they have coped with it being very different - especially our Reception children. But it also means that lots of our children are still at home and still working very hard on new topics and learning packs. We are still very keen to find out what has been going on, so please do keep sending those pictures into the class teachers. Here is some of what has been going on both in and out of school.
The Key Worker group at school have been doing lots of experiments with salt.
In Class 4, Hannah has started our new Scream Machine topic by designing a roller coaster car, making a model of it and writing about being on a roller coaster at a theme park. If you click the mouse picture, you can read her monologue. If you haven't seen the centripetal force experiment the Year 6 children did this week, then please head over to the Facebook page (click Hannah's design to take you there).
Earlier in the Year Class 4 visited the allotments up the road from school. Michael and his Grandad have been very busy in the last few months and wanted to share with everyone how much the plot has changed.
