We've made it to Christmas!
For the final week of term Class 3 welcomed back all the Infants and Class 4 as well. It was exceedingly quiet in school for 2 weeks, but for the last week of term, everyone made it back and normality returned (in its Covid secure form of course).
Despite the Christmas plays not going ahead as planned (though the infants performed theirs, and the Juniors are doing theirs in the New Year), lots of traditional events and activities did take place.
There was lots of card making going on across all four classes.
In addition, there were also calendars, decorations and gifts produced.
Both the Infant and Junior bubbles held their Christmas parties and finally on the last day of term, both bubbles visited St. Giles Church for the Christingle Services. It was very strange not to share these with our parents and carers, but it didn't make them any less special.
Of course 2020 would not be complete without a virtual choir and our children have their own carols to share with everyone.

Thank you to the Newark and Sherwood Concert band for their support.
We would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
