π Meet the Teacher π
We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming ‘Meet the Teacher’ sessions on Tuesday 10th September 2024!
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to step into your child’s world, visit their classroom, see where they sit, and meet the dedicated teacher who will be guiding them throughout the year.
From 4 PM to 6 PM, the school doors will be open for parents and carers to explore, ask questions, and get a sneak peek into the exciting plans ahead. Each teacher will give a brief presentation to share key information about daily routines, special events, and what your child can look forward to in the coming months.

Wonderful news St Giles Primary!
The Department for Education have approved our nursery provision for children aged 3 to 4.
This means that we will soon be providing teacher led nursery provision here at St. Giles!
Keep your eyes peeled for further information coming this side of the summer break!

2024 Sports day was absolutely amazing! The weather was on our side, providing the perfect backdrop for a day filled with excitement and energy. The children enthusiastically participated in various sporting activities, showcasing their skills and team spirit. It was a day of fun and memorable moments for everyone involved.
A big thank you to the PTFA for providing ice lollies to cool the children down and refreshments for the adults π€©

It was lovely to meet all our new parents and carers who will be joining us at St Giles in September.
We are excited to meet your little ones during the next three visits to school, as well as the home visit, to get to know their personalities, things they may find a little tricky, their favourite things and much more!

π£π° Easter at St Giles π°π£
We are inviting all children and parents/carers to work together to create either an Easter bonnet or decorate a hard boiled egg. You can be as creative as you like! Please make sure your child/ren bring their Easter Bonnets or their decorated eggs into school the morning of Thursday 28th March. π π₯ π€©
We would like to welcome all parents and carers into school on the morning of Thursday 28th March at 9:15am to watch the children on their Easter Parade around the playground (weather permitted!) βοΈ βοΈ βοΈ If the weather is against us we will be in the hall but more information about this will be sent closer to the time. π€©
You are also invited to our Easter Service which is in St Giles Church on Tuesday 26th March at 2.30pm led by our wonderful year 3 and 4 children. Our school choir will also be performing π΅ π
